LEFTOVER CHALLENGE
Day 2:DESSERT
i had a lot of leftover vanilla sponge from my advance pastry class. i had a choice of either throwing it away or taking it home, obviously i took it home and made a vanilla sponge cake with a nuetella butter cream and a diplomat cream then glazed it with chocolate! (excuse the writing still need work)

*be creative think outside the box! the most important thing that my chefs always tell us is to TASTE TASTE TASTE!!! Mkay that’s all :D
